Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, Supervise and Schedule Staff: Lead and manage a team of landscape professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Plan and Direct Grounds Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive grounds maintenance plans, ensuring our clients' properties are well-manicured and visually appealing.
  • Plan and Estimate Labour and Materials: Conduct thorough site assessments to estimate labour and material requirements, ensuring accurate budgets and timelines.
  • Organize and Direct Construction of Decks and Decorative or Retaining Walls: Oversee the construction of complex landscape features, ensuring they are built to the highest standards.
  • Plan, Manage and Supervise Landscape Construction Work: Coordinate and supervise landscape construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain Work Records and Logs: Accurately record and maintain work-related data, including project timelines, budgets, and staff performance.
