Job Summary

Maricopa Community Colleges is seeking highly motivated part-time employees to support students through the enrollment process. As an Enrollment Support Specialist, you will connect with students, engage them in the enrollment process, and provide holistic support to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with enrollment teams, including Admissions and Records, Financial Aid, and Early College, to ensure a seamless student experience.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of college policies, procedures, and resources to effectively support students.
  • Identify and remove barriers to student enrollment, providing solutions and referrals as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with students, both in person and through written correspondence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in student enrollment or a related field is desired but not required.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential.
