What We Expect from Our Trainers:
- Excellent attendance record
- Experience training a diverse range of clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of the FMS and ability to explain results to clients
- Understanding of the needs of the business
Your responsibilities will include:
Fitness consultations and selling 6 and 12-month packages
Motivating new members
Group training and semi-private training
Nutrition guidance
In-club work, such as maintaining the club's appearance and assisting with new member setup
You must be personable, presentable, and have a positive attitude at all times.
We work in a team environment, not a competitive environment.
As a 24/7/365 club, your hours are what you make them, along with the set hours in the club that are mutually agreed upon.
Clients have various needs, and you will work with them to develop suitable session times.
