Job Summary:

Sharp Bus Lines Limited is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Manager in Training. This is a full-time, paid position that offers a clear path to advancement and the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of daily operations, including sales, customer service, dispatch, payroll, and recruitment.
  • Develop leadership skills through hands-on experience and training.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for passengers.
  • Travel to various divisions as needed to support operations and provide training.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service background and ability to work with the public.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including experience as a team leader, volunteer, or community organizer.
  • Ability to travel to various locations and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Aspiration to advance to a management position and lead a team of 100+ staff and drivers.
