Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Roadside Willies Smokehouse & Bar. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
    • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Stand for extended periods and move freely throughout the restaurant and bar area.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
