Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service

    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
    • Serve food and beverages with a smile, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Build strong relationships with regular customers, learning their preferences and tailoring the service to meet their needs.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the service team to ensure seamless service delivery.
