Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service

    • Present menus and make recommendations to customers, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
    • Serve food and beverages in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring that customers have a positive experience.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other members of the service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tables and orders simultaneously.
    • Stand for extended periods, moving quickly and efficiently to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is an asset, but not required.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
