About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Lovus Coffee & Tea. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers, including presenting menus and making recommendations.
  • Order Taking and Processing: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Table Maintenance: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverages.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Availability: 6 to 25 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
