Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop project proposals.
  • Collaborate with our technical services and engineering departments to determine project specifications.
  • Develop and manage project estimates, working closely with our estimating and construction teams.
  • Prepare and issue proposals to clients, ensuring clear scope and pricing.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information for project pricing and to observe client equipment.
  • Execute projects utilizing our corporate services, including engineering, purchasing, and construction teams.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, and other project management tools.
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and manage project finances.
  • Experience with health, safety, and environmental programs.
  • Review and establish Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
  • Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel outside of Ottawa for work, primarily in Eastern Canada.
  • Asset: Safety training certifications, such as working at height, confined space, and scaffold user.
