About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a quality process is applied to each multi-family project, from takeoff to shipment to lockout.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the multi-family blueprint takeoff process, including takeoff, initial pricing, shop drawing requests, and completion of SAF014 Project Bidding Sheet in full.
  • Scheduling of deliveries for multi-family projects in conjunction with PC, Sales, and the customer.
  • Scheduling of lockout services for multi-family projects in conjunction with Service and the customer.
  • Completing RGA, NCR, and Credit notes when required per current work instructions.
  • Scheduling orders with Production Control when customer requests.
  • Creating CAD diagrams when necessary for special products.
Requirements
  • Excellent computer skills in Windows environment, experience with Office suite of software.
  • Sales/Inside Sales experience an asset.
  • CAD/BIM and Revit experience an asset.
  • Previous experience in window and/or residential construction industry an asset.
