About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams. As a key member of our agile environment, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact and be empowered to be creative and take calculated risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Engineering to investigate and resolve business-related issues.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand user behavior, expected benefits, reporting requirements, and employee user flows.
  • Provide feedback to the development team through troubleshooting, testing, and gathering feedback from clients, administrators, dependencies, and integrators.
  • Keep clients, integrators, strategic planning, and management informed of progress and updates as required.
  • Lead Scrum team meetings and determine sprint goals in alignment with project priorities provided by management.
  • Develop and review business cases, use cases, and user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and boundaries.
  • Finalize scope by gathering clarifications from clients for developers.
  • Offer recommendations and ideas for feature development and discuss them with stakeholders.
  • Review client feature requests and provide feedback on potential solutions and feature phases.
  • Investigate, understand, and communicate requirements for end-to-end user flows and end-to-end service integration (SaaS) flows.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A Bachelor's degree or another relevant degree in a related field (business, technical) or the required minimum experience mentioned above.
  • A strong understanding of the relationship between product and engineering.
  • Proficiency in documentation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate technical components with non-technical people.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum certification.
  • QA experience.
  • Exposure to Jira.
  • Analytics and reporting experience.
