About the Position

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team as a Data Insights Strategist, working closely with internal teams and clients to develop and implement cutting-edge business intelligence solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust data models and reporting frameworks to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and process improvements
  • Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI and other Azure BI tools
  • Provide exceptional production support for customer applications, including program analysis, testing, and system enhancements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation

Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Microsoft Business Intelligence, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Azure Cloud BI solutions. A deep understanding of data lake and lakehouse concepts, as well as expertise in writing SQL queries, is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft BI tools, including Power BI, SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS, is also required. Knowledge of the wholesale and distribution sector is an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
