A career as a Senior Product Strategist - Card Products at National Bank means being a specialist in Card product management, being the voice of your product and being recognized for your strong leadership.

This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, in particular through your influence through the projects you support in order to achieve the Bank's strategic objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding a large-scale digital transformation project
  • Interpreting and advising on complex issues related to the Bank's strategic directions and developing new innovative approaches related to the project
  • Staying on top of market trends, new technologies and relevant developments to maintain your expertise
  • Developing directions that are innovative and have a lasting impact related to critical issues
  • Diagnosing complex and non-recurring product problems by anticipating their impacts
  • Collaborating closely with other areas such as payment, legal & compliance and banking products to ensure a smooth integration of initiatives and processes

Your team

You will be part of an autonomous team of around forty specialists and will actively participate in the Bank's digital transformation. Our team stands out for its great complicity, its unparalleled spirit of mutual aid as well as its great dynamism and sense of innovation.

Prerequisites

  • Experience on the implementation of a credit/debit card network in a banking/fintech context
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in product management and large-scale end-to-end projects, including 3 to 5 years in card products
  • Relevant experience in payment and financing an asset
  • Ability to propose solutions and navigate ambiguity
  • Good knowledge of Agile processes as well as Confluence/JIRA tools
  • Excellent ability to influence stakeholders
