About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our outreach program, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with external businesses, influencers, and key partners who align with our brand. Your primary objective will be to drive meaningful engagement within our community and expand our presence through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outreach Program Management: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage individuals who will represent SharpStakes, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and training to engage others.
  • Community Building: Foster a sense of belonging and alignment with SharpStakes' mission and values by building and nurturing relationships with members of the program.
  • B2B Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with external businesses, influencers, and organizations that align with SharpStakes, ensuring smooth communication, delivery of value, and long-term partnership success.
  • Content & Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to create campaigns that key community members and partners can share, helping to amplify our brand message.
  • Event Coordination: Organize virtual and in-person events, meet-ups, and challenges to keep the community engaged and motivated, while leveraging partnerships for broader reach.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs for both the outreach program and B2B partnerships, regularly reporting on growth, engagement, and overall success.
  • Partnership Maintenance: Ensure partners are consistently engaged, providing them with updates, support, and opportunities for collaboration to maintain strong, lasting relationships.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in community management, grassroots outreach, or B2B partnerships.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with both individuals in the community and external partners, ensuring alignment with SharpStakes' unique value proposition.
  • Creativity: You have a knack for creative thinking and can bring fun, edgy, and innovative ideas to the table that resonate with our audience and partners.
  • Organizational Skills: Comfortable managing multiple people, partnerships, and campaigns at once, with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for Sports and Betting: A love for sports, sports betting, and an understanding of how betting communities and partnerships work is a big plus.
