Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Keg Steakhouse + Bar. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
