About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Sweet Layers Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect our food products and kitchen facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our customers receive their food products in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

Experience in a commercial kitchen environment is an asset.

Physical Demands

This role requires standing for extended periods and handling heavy loads.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
