  • Team Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our kitchen's production demands.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our kitchen's needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our kitchen meets all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
