Job Summary:

The Flooring Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of flooring projects at On Side Restoration. This position requires a strong understanding of flooring installation, customer service, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely completion of flooring projects.
  • Measure and assess flooring surfaces, including hard and soft surfaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to insureds, including quoting and sending samples for validation.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ordering materials and checking stock.
  • Schedule installations with project managers and insureds.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in flooring installation and customer service.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Phenomenal problem-solving skills.
  • Construction-related experience.
  • Leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record.
