Job Summary:

The Flooring Project Coordinator is a key member of our team at On Side Restoration, responsible for ensuring the successful execution and timely completion of flooring projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate flooring-related projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of flooring materials, including hard surfaces (VCT, hardwood, laminate, LVP) and soft surfaces (vinyl sheet, carpet).
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with insureds and other stakeholders.
  • Quote and digitally send samples to suppliers for validation.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, ordering materials and checking stock levels.
  • Coordinate with sub-trades (installers), scheduling installations with Project Managers and insureds.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in flooring installation and a strong understanding of flooring materials.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Phenomenal problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Construction-related experience and leadership abilities, with a preference for teamwork.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean criminal record.
