Key Responsibilities
  • Food Cost Control: Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory to ensure optimal profitability.
  • Chef Development: Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to plan menus that meet the highest quality standards and cater to our diverse customer base.
  • Staff Training: Provide comprehensive training to our staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling to ensure a safe and healthy dining experience.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior chef role.
  • Proven track record of maintaining high food quality standards and controlling food costs.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
