Additionally, the Coordinator will monitor attendance and collaborate with the Assistant Head to follow up with students and teachers as necessary. As part of the broader Senior and Middle School team, the successful candidate will contribute to the development of the internal calendar.

With the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities, the successful candidate will thrive in both team settings and independent work. They will demonstrate a commitment to our school values (Community, Inclusiveness, Creativity, and Making a Difference) and to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Candidate Profile:

Are you passionate about fostering a supportive community for students and excel in a dynamic environment? Our ideal candidate possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, building effective relationships and engaging with various stakeholders with a proactive approach and high-quality service to all visitors of the Middle School.

The successful candidate will bring a vibrant energy, adaptability, and a willingness to undertake various tasks, showcasing exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites, along with the ability to quickly learn new software, is essential. A post-secondary degree and/or diploma in a relevant field, coupled with a minimum of three years of experience, is required. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Previous experience in an educational setting is a significant advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive salary and benefits, including pension matching for eligible employees.

What We Offer:

  • Access to perks such as taxable benefit lunches and generous time-off policies;
  • State-of-the-art facilities and resources to support wellness, including fitness centers and makerspaces;
  • A collaborative community committed to employee growth and development through ongoing professional development and mentorship.
