Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at Student Homestay Services Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the reservations process, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet client needs
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Assist clients with special needs, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Requisition materials and supplies to support operations
- Provide emergency services as needed
- Prepare, administer, and grade assigned work to ensure accuracy and quality
- Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Manage staff and assign duties to ensure efficient use of resources
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to work under pressure, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
