  • Represent Parsons on project sites, providing expert guidance and support to personnel involved in all aspects of the operation.
  • Advise project teams on environmental, safety, health, and risk management protocols, fostering a culture of proactive safety consciousness.
  • Oversee comprehensive health and safety programs for both employees and contractors, ensuring consistent implementation and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures, minimizing risks and promoting a secure work environment.
  • Implement robust injury reporting and incident management processes, facilitating timely response and effective resolution of safety concerns.
  • Participate actively in incident investigations and root cause analyses, contributing to the identification of underlying causes and the development of preventative measures.
  • Analyze trends in safety data and reports, identifying patterns and areas for improvement in safety protocols and practices.
  • Deliver comprehensive SH&E training programs and conduct thorough risk assessments, equipping personnel with the knowledge and tools to work safely and responsibly.
  • Coordinate emergency medical services and security subcontractors, ensuring a coordinated and effective response to any unforeseen events.
  • Maintain strict compliance with all applicable safety regulations and permits, upholding the highest standards of workplace safety.
