Position Overview: Macp is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Human Resources Strategist to lead our human resources initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning our strategic vision with effective HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership in human resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, workforce development, and employee relations.
- Enhance employee engagement and performance management strategies.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in leadership roles.
Expertise:
- Proven ability to build credibility and demonstrate the value of strategic HR leadership.
- Experience advising executives on HR matters and implementing innovative programs and processes.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on strategic planning and data-driven decision-making.
Personal Attributes:
We are looking for a change leader who is an excellent communicator and relationship builder, known for authenticity and transparency. Your ability to navigate complex challenges with conviction will be essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, candidates with a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL or CHRE) designation or a Master’s in Industrial Relations (MIR) will be given preference.
