About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Associate to join our team at jjj foods ltd. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
    • Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
    • Advise on menu selections
    • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Serve food and beverages
    • Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers
    • Be physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Will train
  • Language
    • English
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week
