About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Ronny's Bistro Inc. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote cultural competency and awareness.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
