As a Broadcast Systems Validation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity of leading-edge broadcast and audiovisual solutions at both modular and system levels. This position demands adaptability in a dynamic industry landscape.
You will be at the forefront of innovative technologies within traditional broadcasting, broadcast SDN, and ProAV sectors. Your contributions will be vital in pushing the boundaries of these technical domains and in consistently surpassing customer expectations for quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate hardware, firmware, and software releases developed by the engineering teams.
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ascertain testing requirements.
- Design, modify, and implement both manual and automated testing protocols.
- Monitor and document deficiencies using project management tools.
- Work closely with development teams to address hardware and software issues.
- Develop and revise testing procedures and compliance documentation.
- Educate manufacturing and testing personnel on new product launches.
- Conduct part validations as requested by procurement for new, end-of-life, and alternative sources.
- Offer technical assistance to the service department.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or in a Software/Hardware Testing capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with contemporary software testing methodologies.
- Networking certification and experience is advantageous.
- Python certification and experience is beneficial.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics.

- Degree or Diploma in Software, Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
