Evertz Microsystems is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineer to join our team. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for validating industry-leading broadcast and AV solutions at a modular and system level.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with development and test teams to understand testing requirements, create and execute both manual and automated test plans, and track deficiencies using JIRA. You will also work alongside the development teams to resolve hardware and software deficiencies, create and update test procedures and conformance forms, and train manufacturing and test staff for new product releases.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in software, electrical, electronic, or computer engineering, and 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance or a software/hardware testing role. You should have strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the ability to react to changing situations.
