Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with all resort services and features, including promotions and offerings, to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Serving it Right Certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
Work Environment

This is a regular casino environment, with some elements of danger, exposure to the elements, noise, and non-traditional work hours.
