Job Title: Guest Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Supervisor to join our team at Rama Gaming House – Scarborough. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Job Summary:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to maintain a hands-on approach.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback and service quality.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
