The Role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Support Agent to join our team. As a Housekeeping Support Agent, you will be responsible for maintaining housekeeping consumable supplies, linen, and terry. You will also prepare kits, sort and inventory housekeeping supplies, and deliver linen and consumable kits to guest units or storage areas.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain housekeeping consumable supplies, linen, and terry
  • Prepare kits, sort and inventory housekeeping supplies
  • Deliver linen and consumable kits to guest units or storage areas
  • Retrieve soiled linen from guest units or storage areas
  • Stock and organize distributed storage areas throughout the city
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed on a daily basis
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
  • Ensure public areas are cleaned according to Sonder standards
  • Conduct special projects or assignments
Requirements
  • A professional with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous housekeeping or inventory management experience preferred
  • Openness to learn and use new technology to streamline job processes
  • Physical stamina and mobility
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
