About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Support Agent to join our team at Sonder. As a key member of our hospitality operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our properties are clean, well-maintained, and meet the high standards of our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain housekeeping consumable supplies, linen, and terry to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare kits, sort and inventory housekeeping supplies to meet guest needs
  • Deliver linen and consumable kits to guest units or storage areas distributed throughout the city
  • Retrieve soiled linen from guest units or storage areas
  • Stock and organize distributed storage areas throughout the city
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks as needed, including light bulb changes, snake drains, and furniture checks
  • Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as moving furniture and high dusting
  • Ensure public areas, including lobbies, office spaces, and fitness centers, are cleaned according to Sonder standards
  • Conduct special projects or assignments as needed
Requirements
  • A professional with a positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous housekeeping or inventory management experience preferred
  • Openness to learn and use new technology to streamline job processes and communicate work progress
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including ability to reach, kneel, and bend
  • Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between properties on a daily basis
