Certified Field Trainer (CFT)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Field Trainer to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a CFT, you will play a critical role in the development and training of our Pest Specialists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Certified Field Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting on-the-job training and providing peer support to new Pest Specialists during their first 6 weeks and beyond
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive training program that meets the needs of our Pest Specialists
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to help our Pest Specialists improve their skills and performance
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our training programs are current and effective

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Pest Specialist with Rentokil North America
  • Fully-trained in the Rentokil NA Career Advancement Program (Career Level 4 or 5)
  • Licensed with the appropriate state/province applicator license and categories
  • Favorable ratings from your most recent Annual Performance Review
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
