About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Finance to join our team at Fed Finance. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability;
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize financial performance;
  • Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure effective financial operations and reporting;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and improve financial processes;
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls;
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions;
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • University degree in accounting or finance and CPA designation;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role, with a focus on financial modeling and forecasting;
  • Experience in preparing SRED tax credit applications is an asset;
  • Strong reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders;
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create complex financial models and presentations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP, with the ability to apply financial regulations and internal controls;
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
