Requirements:

  • CPA Title: Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including extensive consolidation and reporting experience.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to develop financial models and tools.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing a team and driving business growth.
  • Technology: Proficiency with ERP and accounting software, with experience in system implementation and process improvement.
