Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Federated Co-operatives Limited. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
- Monitor and maintain store appearance and organization.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
