Job Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will ensure that every visitor to our Co-op experiences exceptional service, making them feel welcomed and valued through:


• Fuel Operations – Deliver comprehensive service at the fuel dispensing stations, which includes fueling vehicles, cleaning windshields, and checking engine oil levels.

• Vehicle Cleaning – Maintain cleanliness in the car wash area and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed.

• Cash Handling – Accurately process customer transactions using the point-of-sale system.

• General Maintenance – Conduct both exterior and interior cleaning duties, along with following opening and closing protocols.

Importance of the Role:

Our team plays a vital role in providing a variety of products and services that support our member-owners. The work we do contributes to the growth and sustainability of communities across Western Canada.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and meet the following criteria:

Must be at least 16 years old. Possess strong communication and computer skills. Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and a results-driven mindset. Have prior experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment. Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Value teamwork and collaboration, recognizing the importance of diverse perspectives in achieving common goals. Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and kneeling.
