Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Premium Appliance Sales & Service Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, managing office supplies, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering telephone calls and relaying messages.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 35 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
