About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Metro Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop business growth strategies to drive revenue.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Manage negotiations of sales contracts and ensure timely and effective contract execution.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure the sales team is equipped to meet business objectives.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess sales team performance and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to build and maintain relationships, and experience with sales contract negotiation and management.
