About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Metro Roofing Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to assess sales team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to launch new product lines, expand existing markets, and increase sales revenue.
  • Policy Development: Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage sales staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales leadership, business development, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales software and tools.
