Job Title: Bell District Manager

At Premium Retail Services, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bell District Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for mentoring a team of sales representatives who visit households within assigned neighborhoods on behalf of Bell Canada to achieve sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives to achieve sales success and meet productivity requirements.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
