About the Role

Bell is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced professionals and contribute to building a talent advantage.

As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for supporting various teams across Bell, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning Strategy, Compensation, Mental Health and Workplace Practices, Project Management, Digital HR, Business Intelligence, and Employee and Executive Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment events and activities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a university Bachelor's degree or college diploma program in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or Business Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other HR software
