SummaryThe Senior Manager together with the other Managers of the team and supported by the Sales Director – Bell Media Quebec, manages a multiplatform sales team for all Bell Media advertising media platforms: television, radio, out-of-home and digital.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of multiplatform sales representatives (television, radio, out-of-home and digital);
- Determine sales objectives and performance goals;
- Develop, train, coach and inspire the sales team to maximize their performance, achieve corporate goals;
- Assist in developing sales and pricing strategies to maintain the company's competitiveness and innovation in the market;
- Support our revenue generation initiatives by identifying emerging revenue streams through advanced advertising opportunities and data monetization;
- Develop a detailed annual business plan to meet sales team objectives;
- Prepare various reports including forecasts, pacing, pitched/booked status and client's sales history;
- Manage sales operations budget and follow-up the accounts receivable.
- Contribute to promote a dynamic and motivating atmosphere;
- Demonstrate and maintain positive interpersonal and professional relationships with major clients/agencies;
- Engage in external activities related to this function.
- University degree in Communication, Marketing, Administration or any other related field;
- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in personnel management;
- In-depth knowledge of Quebec media;
- Ability and motivation to meet and exceed sales targets;
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to maintain a healthy team dynamic;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;
- Ability to manage tight timelines;
- Dedication and commitment – ready to go beyond the expectations;
- Leadership and autonomy;
- Proficiency in Excel.
