About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director, Construction to join our team at Leadbond Development Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure team members have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that project requirements are met and that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on project status, progress, and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
