About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Torino Construction LTD. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of construction projects.

Team Leadership and Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.

Schedule and Milestone Management

Plan, prepare, and monitor construction schedules and milestones, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Contract Management

Prepare and negotiate contracts, revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with clients and stakeholders.

Quality Control and Assurance

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including clients, management, and other relevant parties.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related discipline.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a construction management role, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Work Setting

Residential construction projects, including new builds, renovations, and restorations.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Excellent interpersonal skills, judgment, organization, and teamwork abilities.
