Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation
Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
Train and Develop StaffTrain staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that they have a positive experience at our restaurant.
Operations ManagementSupervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Physical DemandsStanding for extended periods.
Work Schedule40 hours per week.
LanguageEnglish.
