About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff

Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.

Ensure Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Prepare Budgets and Reports

Develop and manage budgets, tracking sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Lead by Example

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service management or a related field.

Work Environment

Fast-paced restaurant environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
