Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
  • Train team members on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel
  • Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for kitchen operations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
  • Compile and submit operational reports
