Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Merchandise Associate to create an extraordinary customer experience by creatively and visually appealing product placement. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement new product displays according to plan-o-grams to maximize customer engagement.
  • Maintain stock levels on the floor to drive customer sales and meet visual direction and plans.
  • Support management in planning and executing seasonal merchandise changes.
  • Participate in achieving all aspects of service, store readiness, and safety practices, as well as compliance with Sporting Life policies.
  • Actively participate in team tasks to deliver a full experience to customers, including store cleanliness, merchandising, and restocking of product and control of inventory.

Requirements

  • A love of fashion, sport, and a healthy, active lifestyle.
  • 1+ year of merchandising experience in a retail environment.
  • An outgoing personality and enthusiasm for sales and creating an amazing customer experience.
  • A desire to continually learn and develop knowledge around products.
  • The ability to establish priorities and multitask.
  • Ability to lift 30lbs.
