Marketplace Coordinator Intern

As a Marketplace Coordinator Intern, you'll play a key role in managing and optimizing our online marketplace platforms. You'll gain hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, data analysis, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage marketplace listings on platforms like Amazon and other relevant sites, ensuring accuracy and optimization.
  • Analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales data, traffic, and customer feedback, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and update product descriptions, images, and content to enhance product listings and attract customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, managing reviews, and handling returns or issues related to marketplace transactions.
  • Conduct market research to support the development of marketplace strategies, staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Support the coordination of special projects and promotional campaigns, including sales events, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining internal documentation, SOP creation, account management, order tracking, and updating marketplace schedules.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Ecommerce, or a related field, or recent graduate with relevant coursework.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with marketplace platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and ecommerce operations. Experience with data analysis tools or content management systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
